Glaze the oven at 400 degrees. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray or parchment paper.
The zucchini is grated onto a clean dish cloth. After wringing the towel, extract the maximum amount of liquid possible.
Combine the zucchini, eggs, panko, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cheese in a large basin.
Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the baking sheet that has been prepared. Bake for twenty to twenty-five minutes, or until golden brown. Warm and serve alongside marinara sauce for dunking.
