Whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, and salt in a medium basin.
Whisk together the sugars and butter in an additional medium bowl until homogeneous. Beat in the egg until smooth. Zucchini and chocolate chunks are folded in.
Mix the dry ingredients into the liquid ingredients while gradually incorporating them. Relax for one hour.
Turn the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Using a medium cookie scoop, scoop the dough onto a cookie sheet that has been gently greased. Bake for twelve to nine minutes.
After 5 minutes of cooling on cookie sheets, remove from oven and transfer to a wire rack.
