ZUCCHINI COOKIES RECIPE

2 cups all-purpose flour ▢1 teaspoon baking soda ▢1 teaspoon ground cinnamon ▢½ teaspoon ground cloves ▢½ teaspoon salt ▢1/2 cup white sugar ▢½ cup brown sugar ▢½ cup butter, softened ▢1 large egg ▢1 cup grated zucchini, wrung out ▢1 cup chocolate chips

Ingredients

Step - 1

Whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, and salt in a medium basin.  

Whisk together the sugars and butter in an additional medium bowl until homogeneous. Beat in the egg until smooth. Zucchini and chocolate chunks are folded in.  

Step - 2

Mix the dry ingredients into the liquid ingredients while gradually incorporating them. Relax for one hour.  

Step - 3

Turn the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Using a medium cookie scoop, scoop the dough onto a cookie sheet that has been gently greased. Bake for twelve to nine minutes.

Step - 4

After 5 minutes of cooling on cookie sheets, remove from oven and transfer to a wire rack.
