1/4 cup butter ▢1/2 cup creamy peanut butter ▢1 cup white chocolate chips ▢1/2 tsp vanilla extract ▢9 cups Rice Chex Mix ▢1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
In a mixing basin, combine 9 cups of Chex Mix. Prepare in advance.
While stirring constantly, melt the butter, peanut butter, and white chocolate chunks in a small pot over LOW heat. Combine until completely liquefied and thoroughly combined.
Whisk in vanilla extract thoroughly. After removing from flame, pour over cereal. Toss until the majority, if not all, of the pieces are thoroughly coated.
1/4 cup of the sugar in powdered form into a large Ziploc bag. Shake the bag of cereal until every individual piece is evenly coated with the powdered sugar.
Place in a bowl until ready to serve.
