WHITE CHOCOLATE PEPPERMINT PRETZELS RECIPE

15-20 Pretzel rods ▢3-4 cubes candy coating ▢crushed candy canes

Ingredients

Step - 1

To commence, position the parchment paper.  

In a bowl, combine pulverized candy canes; set aside.  

Step - 2

To commence, pulverize the candy coating into cubes and transfer to a saucepan set over LOW heat. Constantly agitate the molten material with a rubber spatula. Melt the substance until all pieces are gone.  

Step - 3

The confectionery coating is poured into a tall, slender cup or jar.  

Step - 4

Place pretzel rods that have been coated in caramel coating on parchment paper. Allow to set after adorning with candy cane pieces and/or sprinkling.
