Glaze the oven at 375°F. A sizable cookie sheet should be coated with cooking spray.
Combine the turkey, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion powder, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning in a large basin. Add the egg and milk next. Combine by combining.
Form 15 spheres from the mixture. (Only about 1/4 cup will remain in each.) Prepare the cookies on a greased baking tray.
Bake for fifteen to twenty minutes. The setting on a meat thermometer is 165°F.
