TEXAS TOAST FRENCH TOAST

▢1/2 cup butter melted ▢1 cup brown sugar ▢1 loaf Texas toast with crust trimmed off, optional ▢4 eggs ▢1 1/2 cup milk ▢1 tsp vanilla extract ▢powdered sugar for sprinkling ▢brown sugar ▢cinnamon ▢butter ▢1 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp

Ingredients

Step - 1

To begin, soften the butter. Brown sugar is added and mixed well. Combine brown sugar and butter in the bottom of a 9-by-13-inch pan. 

Establish a Texas toast layer. Whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla in a medium basin. 

Step - 2

After distributing half of the egg mixture over the Texas toast, garnish it with cinnamon and brown sugar. Apply an additional layer of Texas Toast. Bread is coated with a delicate layer of butter. 

Step - 3

Proceed to garnish the remaining egg mixture and the cinnamon and sugar mixture on top.  

Step - 4

Before baking, refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of four hours.  

Step - 5

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees for forty to forty-five minutes.
