Taylor Swift Announces ‘The Albatross’ Edition of ‘Tortured Poets Department,’ Shares Stage With Sabrina Carpenter

Taylor Swift debuted an additional special edition of her forthcoming album, "Tortured Poets Department," which consisted of the bonus track "The Albatross," on February 22 during her "Eras Tour" performance in Australia.

Swift has published three editions of "Tortured Poets" prior to this "Albatross" edition.

"The Manuscript," which she unexpectedly unveiled at the Grammys, was the initial track from the album to be announced. "The Bolter" iteration was subsequently unveiled at her "Eras" performance in Melbourne earlier this month.

A duet was also performed for the Sydney audience by Swift and Sabrina Carpenter, whose opening set was canceled as a result of inclement weather.

Carpenter shared a brief anecdote with the audience regarding her rendition of Swift's "White Horse" from 2008, which she described as "the very first song I ever learned to play." Prior to their combination of "Coney Island" and "White Horse" from "Evermore."

It was previously speculated that the nearly ten-year-old single was about the deterioration of Perry and Swift's friendship, but that is long since forgotten, as Perry also posted a photo of the two of them grinning backstage.
