TACO PASTA SALAD RECIPE

1 package of shelled pasta 1 can of rinsed and strained black beans 10 ounces frozen maize 1 can of tomatoes, sliced 8 ounces of Mexican blend cheese, grated Half a cup salsa Half cup oil of olive Three to four tablespoons lime juice 1 tablespoon cumin 1 to 2 teaspoons chili spice 2 teaspoons chopped garlic 1/2 cup minced fresh cilantro 1 minced avocado garlic pepper and salt to flavor 

Ingredients

Step - 1

Cook the pasta per the instructions on the packaging. Pour the drained and rinsed cold water into a large basin.  

Step - 2

To the pasta, incorporate black beans, maize, tomatoes, salsa, and shredded cheese.  

Combine the olive oil, lime juice, garlic, cumin, and chili powder in a separate basin using a whisk. Mix well and season to taste with garlic salt and pepper.  

Step - 3

Prior to serving, incorporate cilantro and avocado cubes.
