SWISS CHICKEN BAKE RECIPE

▢4 Boneless Skinless Chicken breasts ▢4 slices swiss cheese (Mozzarella works too) ▢1/2 cup mayonnaise ▢1/2 cup sour cream ▢3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese divided ▢1/2 tsp salt ▢1/2 tsp pepper ▢1 tsp garlic powder ▢Cooked Rice to serve over (Optional)

Ingredients

Step - 1

Preheat oven to 375.

Dry the chicken and set it in a greased 9-by-13-inch pan.  

Step - 2

Spread cheese slices over the chicken breasts.  

Step - 3

Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, half a cup of Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a basin.   

Step - 4

After distributing this over the chicken, garnish with the remaining Parmesan cheese.  

Step - 5

Bake for 1 hour. Serve over rice if desired or serve alone.
