SPINACH ARTICHOKE BREAD RECIPE

1/2 cup sour cream ▢1/2 cup mayonnaise ▢8 oz cream cheese ▢1 cup Parmesan Cheese ▢1 tsp minced garlic ▢1 cup frozen spinach thawed and drained ▢8 oz artichoke hearts drained and chopped ▢1 cup mozzarella cheese ▢1 French bread loaf

Ingredients

Step - 1

Preheat oven to 350.

Combine garlic, sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, and 1 cup of Parmesan cheese until homogeneous. Stir in spinach and artichoke centers.  

Step - 2

Stack the bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, cut sides up. Evenly distribute the spinach artichoke mixture across the slices of bread. Add parmesan cheese to the top.  

Step - 3

After incorporating half of the mozzarella cheese, garnish the mixture with ricotta.  

Step - 4

Cover, sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella, and bake for two to four minutes, or until the cheese has melted. Serve without delay.
