Preheating the oven to 400°F is required.
Coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and line with foil. Aside; set aside.
Combine the garlic, garlic salt, butter, oil, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning in a large resealable plastic bag.
Shake in the sweet potatoes until thoroughly coated.
Spread coated sweet potatoes evenly across the baking tray that has been prepared. Bake for twenty-two to eighteen minutes.
Served warm, if preferred with dried parsley sprinkled on top.
