4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts cut in half ▢2 sleeves Ritz crackers ▢1/4 teaspoon salt ▢1/8 teaspoon pepper ▢1 teaspoon dried parsley ▢1/2 cup sour cream ▢3 cups grated cheddar cheese ▢fresh parsley for garnish


Step - 1

Glaze the oven at 375°F.  

Combine crackers that have been pulverized with salt, pepper, and parsley in a shallow dish. Additionally, divide sour cream and cheese into separate dishes.  

Step - 2

To commence, coat all sides of each breast half with sour cream before positioning it in the cheese dish and garnishing it with shredded cheese. After that, coat each breast thoroughly in the cracker mixture.

Step - 3

Transfer to a greased 9 by 13. Bake while covered for 50 to 55 minutes.v  

Step - 4

Bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown, after removing the foil.  

Step - 5

While the chicken simmers, combine the ingredients for the sauce in a small skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Stir until thoroughly combined, then garnish the chicken with freshly chopped parsley.
