PEACH SALSA RECIPE

3 peaches fresh, yellow, ripe – diced into 1/2 inch cubes ▢¼ red onion chopped ▢½ red bell pepper chopped ▢2 roma tomatoes chopped ▢1 jalapeno diced, remove the seeds for less spice ▢½ cup cilantro chopped ▢½ cup fresh lime juice 1-2 limes ▢garlic salt and pepper to taste ▢sugar sprinkle ▢chili powder optional sprinkle

Ingredients

Step - 1

Softly rub peaches with a cloth in order to eliminate peach fuzz. Drain and rinse.  

In a medium bowl, combine chopped peaches, tomato, onion, bell pepper, jalapeo (seed included if desired for a milder flavor), and cilantro.    

Step - 2

Toss in lime juice, pepper and salt, and sugar in a gentle manner to combine.  

Step - 3

If desired, add chile powder for additional heat (optional). 

Step - 4

As necessary, adjust the salsa's flavor with additional juice or salt and pepper.
