MINT HOT CHOCOLATE RECIPE

2 cups milk ▢2 cups half and half ▢1/2 bag white chocolate chips ▢1 teaspoon mint extract ▢2-3 drops food coloring green ▢Crushed Andes mints and Whipped Cream for garnish

Ingredients

Step - 1

Half-and-half milk is added to a large saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, but do not allow to boil.  

Stir in the white chocolate pieces until they are completely melted.  

Step - 2

Incorporate food coloring and extract. Stir thoroughly.  

Step - 3

Top with Whipped Cream and Andes. Serve warm.
