MINT BROWNIES RECIPE

1 pkg Betty Crocker Fudge Brownie Mix ▢2 cups powdered sugar ▢1/2 cup butter softened ▢2 tbsp mint extract ▢2-3 drops green food coloring ▢1 tbsp milk ▢6 tbsp butter ▢2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Step - 1

Lightly lubricate and line a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with parchment paper before preheating the oven to 350 degrees.  

Bake brownies in the 9-by-13 dish according to the instructions on the package.  

Step - 2

In a medium basin, combine the powdered sugar, butter, food coloring, mint extract, and milk. Beat until smooth. Disperse uniformly over the brownies that have chilled; we place dollops throughout to facilitate spreading.  

Step - 3

Melt the butter and chocolate morsels in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth. Once the mint layer is covered, refrigerate for a minimum of one hour.  

Step - 4

After allowing to rest for twenty to thirty minutes, cut into squares.
