MEXICAN BEAN DIP

▢1 cup sour cream ▢1 (16-ounce) can refried beans ▢1 (4-ounce) can cream cheese, softened ▢1 package taco seasoning ▢⅓ cup salsa ▢1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend ▢Optional Toppings, chopped tomatoes, cilantro, onion, avocado

Ingredients

Step - 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Combine the beans, sour cream, and cream cheese in a medium basin until thoroughly combined.  

Step - 2

Mix salsa and taco seasoning together thoroughly. 

Step - 3

Transfer to an 8-by-8 pan. Sprinkle with cheese shreds before baking for 25 minutes.  

Step - 4

Serve while still heated, garnished with tortilla chips.
