Preheating the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine the sugar and butter in a large mixing basin.
Combine the eggs, lemon juice, and lemon zest in an adequately mixed manner. Combine salt, baking powder, and flour.
Form dough into balls the size of tablespoons and arrange them on cookie sheets that have been gently greased. Utilize a glass coated in sugar to flatten.
Bake for 9 to 10 minutes, or until the bottom is just lightly browned. After 3 to 4 minutes of cooling on the pan, transfer to chilling racks.
Following complete cooling, frost biscuits. Frosting was poured on using a 1M star tip.
