ITALIAN CHICKEN AND VEGETABLE SOUP RECIPE

2 tbsp olive oil ▢4 boneless skinless chicken breasts cubed ▢1 cup carrots sliced ▢2 zucchini sliced ▢14.5 oz diced Italian tomatoes ▢14.5 oz chicken broth ▢grated Parmesan cheese

Ingredients

Step - 1

Olive oil is heated in a large saucepan over medium heat. Chicken should be prepared until thoroughly cooked.  

Carrots should be cooked for five minutes.  

Step - 2

Add zucchini and tomatoes, followed by chicken bouillon. Increase to a simmer.  

Step - 3

Simmer over low heat for twenty-five to thirty minutes.  

Step - 4

Serve steaming with Parmesan cheese on top.
