EASTER BASKET COOKIES RECIPE

1 cup sugar ▢1 cup brown sugar ▢1 cup shortening ▢1 cup creamy peanut butter ▢1 teaspoon salt ▢1 teaspoon vanilla extract ▢2 eggs ▢¼ cup milk ▢3½ cups all-purpose flour ▢2 teaspoons baking soda Buttercream Frosting ▢½ cup unsalted butter ▢3-4 cups powdered sugar ▢¼ cup milk ▢1 teaspoon vanilla extract ▢food coloring ▢peanut butter M&Ms

Ingredients

Step - 1

Combine sugars, shortening, peanut butter, salt, and vanilla in a mixing basin. Mix thoroughly. Combine the milk and eggs until creamy. Flour and baking soda are folded in.  

The mixture should be poured into the cups of a greased muffin tin using a large cookie scoop.  

Step - 2

Each portion should be indented using a tart press or a comparable device. This will facilitate the dough's shaping into the muffin cup.  

Step - 3

Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.

Step - 4

They will ascend during baking and descend again after being removed from the oven. Allow to rest entirely.
