1 lb ground beef lean ▢1 package taco seasoning ▢1 cup sour cream ▢16 oz green enchilada sauce ▢6-7 cups Nacho Cheese Doritos divided ▢4-5 cups Monterey Jack cheese divided ▢cilantro, avocados, tomatoes optional
Preheating the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Preheat the minced beef in a skillet until browned. Enchilada sauce, taco seasoning, and sour cream should be added after draining.
Coat a 9-by-13-inch casserole dish with grease. Half of the Doritos should be layered over the bottom of the dish (compact them slightly). Add one-half of the minced beef mixture, followed by one-half of the cheese.
Complete the layer by adding an additional half of the cheese, the remaining half of the minced beef, and one-half of the Doritos that have been lightly crushed.
Finish by placing the remaining cheese and crackers on top. Install a tent of foil over the item to prevent the cheese from dissolving and sticking to the foil. Bake for thirty minutes.
Continue baking for an additional 5 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
After five minutes, recover. Add avocados, tomatoes, and cilantro to the top.
