CRANBERRY SALSA RECIPE

12 oz bag cranberries fresh or frozen ▢1 bunch fresh cilantro chopped ▢1 bunch green onion cut into 3 inch length ▢1 jalapeno pepper seeded and minced ▢2 tablespoon lime juice ▢2/3 cup sugar ▢1/2 teaspoon garlic salt (with parsley flakes)

Ingredients

Step - 1

Equip the blade of your food processor to the medium setting.  

In a food processor, combine the cranberries, cilantro, green onion, jalapeno pepper, lime juice, sugar, and garlic salt.  

Step - 2

By pulsing, achieve a medium-bodied mélange.  

Step - 3

Refrigerate prior to serving. This is a favorite of ours when poured over a block of cream cheese and spread with crackers.  

Step - 4

Refrigerate if immediate service is not planned.
