CHRISTMAS SNICKER-DOODLES RECIPE

1 cup clarified butter 2 eggs 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 3/4 cups flour, all-purpose Two teaspoons of cream of tartar One teaspoon of baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt Three tablespoons sugar 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon 1 10-ounce container Wafers of white chocolate that dissolve Seasonal sprinkling 

Ingredients

Step - 1

Combine the following ingredients: flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt.    

Step - 2

Cream the butter and sugar together. Blend in the eggs and vanilla extracts thoroughly.  

Combine the dry and liquid ingredients thoroughly. Roll the dough that has been formed into 1 inch spheres in the cinnamon-sugar mixture. 

Step - 3

Space two inches apart on a pastry sheet that has not been greased.  

Step - 4

8 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees is the baking time. (Approximately 3 to 4 dozen biscuits)  

Step - 5

Once the cookies have cooled, melt the chocolate wafers in the microwave or over low heat in a small saucepan while whisking constantly.  

Step - 6

Once completely melted, coat half of the cookie in the melted white chocolate, garnish with Christmas decorations, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Discard when secured.
