CARROT SOUFFLE RECIPE

▢3 lbs carrots sliced ▢1 1/2 cups butter softened ▢6 eggs ▢1 tbsp vanilla extract ▢1/2 cup all purpose flour ▢1 tbsp baking powder ▢3 cups sugar

Ingredients

Step - 1

Carrots should be boiled for around 15 minutes, or until tender. Remove the drain.  

Preheat oven to 350

Step - 2

All ingredients, excluding the sugar, combine in a food processor fitted with a knife blade and process until homogeneous.  

Step - 3

Add to a large basin, followed by the sugar.  

Step - 4

Pour into two 8-by-8 pans that have been gently greased. Baked for one hour at 350°C. Take pleasure in!
