5 pounds russet potatoes washed, peeled and cut into cubes ▢4 ounces cream cheese ▢½ cup salted butter softened ▢½ cup heavy whipping cream ▢1½ teaspoons garlic salt with parsley flakes ▢pepper to taste
After placing the diced potatoes in a large pot, cover them with water.
Reduce the heat, bring water to a boil, and simmer the potatoes for 20–25 minutes, or until they are fork-tender. Eliminate the water.
Combine ingredients with mashed potatoes using a potato processor until the desired consistency is achieved.
If preferred, season with additional pepper and salt.
