CHICKEN STUFFING CASSEROLE RECIPE

8 garlic and herb laughing cow cheese wedges, softened (leave out at room temperature for 30 minutes) .9 or 1 packet of the dry ranch dressing mix packet or dry Hidden Valley Creamy Dill Ranch 1/2 cup light or fat free sour cream- I like to use light sour cream 1/2 cup non fat plain Greek yogurt

Ingredients

Step - 1

Leave the laughing cow cheese wedges out at room temperature for 30 minutes.

In a small bowl, stir together softened laughing cow cheese wedges, dry seasoning mix, light sour cream, and non fat plain Greek yogurt. Mix until well combined.

Step - 2

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.

Step - 3

Serve with your favorite veggies or low point chips or crackers.

Step - 4

Garnish with fresh chopped chives, if desired. Store leftover dip in the fridge in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
