▢4 medium red potatoes ▢1 tbsp butter melted ▢garlic salt (with parsley flakes) ▢5 slices bacon cooked and crumbled ▢1/2 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese ▢1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese ▢sour cream for dipping


Step - 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  

Wash the potatoes and cut them into narrow rounds, approximately a half-inch in thickness.  

Step - 2

In a pot filled with water, bring the potatoes to a simmer. Cook for three to four minutes. Pat dry and drain the potatoes.  

Step - 3

Coat foil with cooking spray before placing it on a baking sheet. Add potatoes to a skillet. Apply a scant coating of melted butter.  

Step - 4

Garnish with garlic salt, cheese, and bacon crumbs.  

Step - 5

After 16 to 18 minutes in the oven, garnish with sour cream.
