BACON WRAPPED POTATOES RECIPE

▢3 tbsp vegetable oil ▢1 tbsp parmesan cheese grated ▢1/4 tsp garlic powder ▢1/4 tsp paprika ▢salt and pepper to taste ▢20 fingerling potatoes rinsed and dried (we used red and yellow) ▢10 slices bacon cut in half crosswise ▢toothpicks

Ingredients

Step - 1

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Celsius.  

Combine oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a basin.  

Step - 2

After dipping potatoes in the oil-cheese mixture, encase them in bacon and secure with a toothpick. Place on a baking sheet lined with foil and greased.  

Step - 3

Continue doing so until every potato is encased in bacon.  

Step - 4

Bake for thirty to thirty-eight minutes.  

Step - 5

With ranch or another dressing, serve.
