APPLE PANCAKE RECIPE

2 cups all-purpose flour ▢1/4 cup brown sugar ▢4 teaspoons baking powder ▢1 teaspoon salt ▢1 teaspoon cinnamon ▢2 eggs ▢1/2 cup vegetable oil ▢2 cups milk ▢1 medium granny smith apple peeled and grated

Ingredients

Step - 1

Whisk together the cinnamon, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium basin. Whisk together the eggs, oil, and milk in a small basin.  

Mix the dry and wet ingredients together gently, ensuring that the mixture is scarcely combined (a few small lumps are acceptable). Fold the grated apple in gently.  

Step - 2

Bring a sauté pan or griddle to a medium temperature. Cook the pancakes, utilizing a quarter-cup scoop, for three to four minutes, or until bubbles appear on the surface, over a heated griddle.   

Step - 3

Cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes, turning once, or until thoroughly cooked.  

Step - 4

Serve warm with butter and maple syrup.
