Turn the oven to 400°F.
Place the pie crust in a pie pan and reserve.
Combine apples and flour in a Ziploc bag; toss to moisten. Apples should be removed and placed in a container with sugar and cinnamon. Align the segments in the pie dish, ensuring that any surplus cinnamon and sugar are incorporated.
Mix together sugar and flour in a medium basin, then cut in butter until crumbly. Distribute the mixture over the fruits in a covering motion.
When baked for 45 minutes. Warm and serve with ice cream or whipping cream on top.
